Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel secure in your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your Ring device, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. All products must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Ring account and visit the Order History page to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the device and all original components back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
